Does it sort combatants automatically?

Yes. Whenever you add a combatant the list re-sorts by initiative, highest first, so the turn order is always correct.

Can I track hit points?

Yes. HP is optional per combatant. When set, plus and minus buttons let you apply damage or healing, and the value turns red at zero or below.

Is the encounter saved anywhere?

No. The tracker lives only in your browser tab for the session — nothing is uploaded or stored on a server. Reloading the page clears it.
