The NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) is the Indonesian taxpayer identification number. The classic form has 15 digits: a taxpayer serial, a tax-office (KPP) code and a branch status, usually written NN.NNN.NNN.N-NNN.NNN.

Why is there no pass or fail check digit?

Indonesia does not publish a checksum algorithm for the NPWP, so a tool can only verify the length and structure (category, office code and branch). This validator does exactly that and never claims a number is genuine.

Is my NPWP uploaded anywhere?
